some notes on this patch:

* it disables the online imei expiration check, so "info & updates" will not work / fail with "network error -1". Everything else should do.
* the app is not signed, so it does not need a hacked phone
* this version should also work for s60v5. I couldn't test, though, because i don't have a s60v5 phone.
